We had a delightful stay here! The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet and extremely clean. It's perfectly situated for exploring the center of Den Bosch and the surrounding area. The staff was so helpful and kind and we'll stay here again if in Den Bosch!

The room was clean, personal note on the bed was a nice touch, polite suggestion - don't always assume a woman is Mrs, as I'm a Ms, as I kept my maiden name when I married. Parking was convenient & spacious compared with some we have stayed in.

Lovely hotel in a great location for Den Bosch. Friendly staff. Parking was real bonus, albeit expensive as it's a premium in Deb Bosch. Only problem we had was the bedside light switches which supposedly control the main lights and bedside lights didn't work. We mentioned this and were told when we got back later that they had been checked and were OK, which they clearly weren't. There is an overcomplicated digital control panel system as well as standard switches, all of which seems to cause issues. Apart from that it's a lovely hotel and we would stay again.

Our room was spotless, and cleaned daily on our three nights stay.

The staff was excellent! They went above and beyond to help me approach the property, as I was having problems navigating around the city center barricades.

Lovely hotel in heart of old town with private secure parking (charge). Room was lovely with air con and teas and coffees. Breakfast was good with good choice. Breakfast room was a little cold but we were ok. Definitely stay again and would recommend

Great stay, staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars but a few minor things (breakfast, and small room details) made me put one star less.

I love this hotel. The staff are amazing and so friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here and can't wait to stay again. They also have Bosch Bol available 24 hours a day, absolute heaven.

It was a bit scary as when I got there, it didn’t look safe; it was full of people at the entrance, and the main door was closed with a chain. The room was OK, the hotel the night was a bit noisy as people were moving around and you could hear them

The female staff at the front of house were lovely! Always wanting to help you with anything food, drink, info. With me being on my own they made sure I didn't feel lonely. Having a computer to use helped me a lot. Breakfast experience was good! Not overcrowded like other hotels. Bathroom very modern with touch sensor toilet and good shower spray. Loved the big TV screen!

The bed was awful. It was a thin (3 inch mattress) on the top of the box spring that kept sliding around. If you did not sit or lie on the mattress in just the right position, you were in danger of ending up on the floor.
