Lovely staff, lovely room and lovely food

Very good stay, the devotion was warm and welcoming and the stay could only have been better if there was not a heatwave!

A nice place to stay with helpful staff and comfortable rooms. It's a shame the restaurant was closed!

Great value, lovely reception & staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed an evening meal which fused a lot of flavours we’d not tried together before. The breakfast was excellent.

My room was small and very Spartan with narrow beds and uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom was cheaply outfitted. Breakfast cost extra but was good and I appreciated the free parking.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Speaking English always helps. Lovely meal in the restaurant but not cheap (hence the reason to firehouse breakfast).

After a long, dreadful drive from Paris through severe thunderstorms, we finally arrived at the hotel after midnight, and were so relieved (and grateful!) that the very nice lady in charge had stayed up late to ring us in, and left our room key out in the lobby for us. The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable, and the mountain view from the balcony in the morning was stunning. I'm sorry to say that we slept through breakfast so can't compliment the food, but suspect it was as well done as everything else in this very pretty, friendly hotel.

Chambre très correcte, personne très sympathique.

We thought of booking a room with breakfast. However, breakfast was quite pricey but they had a much better deal with half pension. The dinner was indeed very good. The hotel has quite a nice character with nice atmosphere but the rooms need to be refurbished.

Sauber, aufgeräumt, schöner Eingangsbereich, Zimmer ausreichend gross und schöner Balkon. Im Zimmer stand schon ein Ventilator gegen die Hitze.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel sur la route des cimes enneigées et près du lac d’Annecy est parfait. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Nous n’avions pas réservés et le restaurant était complet. La réceptionniste nous a indiqué plusieurs restaurants et proposé de faire un réservation pour nous. Sur sa recommandation nous avons été dîner au restaurant « Le chalet du lac » à 2 minutes en voiture. Excellente recommandation. Nous recommandons fortement ce restaurant typique savoyard. Seul petit point à améliorer la chambre un peu vieillotte et il serait utile de remplacer la baignoire par une douche pour plusieurs raisons: les douche sont difficile d’accès pour les personnes d’un âge avancé. On ne se sent pas en sécurité car ça glisse toujours un peu. C’est énervant de ne pas avoir beaucoup de place et un rifeau qui vient se coller à la peau. Pour terminer sur un point positif nous avons apprécié le parking.

Man erhält den Eindruck, dass in den letzten fünfzig Jahren kein Geld mehr in die Einrichtung gesteckt wurde. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr klein. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem traurigen Zustand.

Très bon accueil, Parking très sur et chambre confortable. Le dîner était top.
