패밀리룸은 좋았습니다~ 그런데 수영장과 다른 건물이어서 날씨가 추운데 이동이 불편했습니다. 그리고 케익 서비스를 예약했는데, 2시간 늦게 오고 엉망인 케익이 와서 속상했는데, 변경해주고 할인해주어서 다행이었습니다. 이현우, 바비킴 공연은 정말 좋았습니다.

Perfect place for price, luxury and convenience

Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas

Everything was perfect only except for foods in the facility. It was too expensive.

Beautiful family friendly resort tucked away from noisy city

Pool was closed but we got to use their sister resort's pool. Their pool had cool laser shows with sauna facility. The room was big and clean with 2 washrooms. They needed to know if we woule join the breakfast night before. Smoking booth by the entrance was not very kid friendly. We didnt get to enjoy their free fishcake and sweet potatoes since the pool was closed. The hotel is a bit far from other touristy attractions and you definitely need a rental car.

This is the worst location in Jeju, there are hardly any taxis around, and the front desk staff were extremely rude to foreigners. Completely unhelpful and frankly pretty rude. Would not recommend not because of the awful front desk, but because the location is so out in Booneyland. Better off sticking with Parnas or Lotte, where there are a ton of things to do around the property.

Warm pool was great and all the staffs were so nice and kind. Salad bar and breakfast were so awesome, too.

21개월 아기를 데리고 처음으로 여행을 다녀왔는데, 여러모로 만족스러웠음. 키즈자동차침대가 설치된 방이었는데 부엌세트, 블록 등이 있어서 장난감을 가지고 가지 않아도 아기가 놀거리가 많았고, 따뜻한 온수풀에서 수영하는 것도 부담스러워하지 않았음. 신관에서 온수풀까지 비를 맞지 않고 왔다갔다 할 수 있었고 가운이나 수건 반납도 편하도록 세심한 배려가 느껴졌음. 조식이나 바도 알찬 구성으로 좋았음. 결론적으로 숙박기간 내내 비가 왔음에도 불구하고 아기를 동반한 가족들이 머물기에 너무 만족스러워 가까운 시일내에 재방문하고 싶음.

19개월 아기와 3박 4일 머물렀어요. 일단 아기들이 방문할만한 관광명소와 대부분 가까워서 위치적으로 마음에 들었고 (공항에서도 30분이면 가요) , 키즈패밀리룸이었는데 방이 너무 귀엽고 침대도 편안했어요!! 조식이 더 감동이었는데, 가격도 부담스럽지 않은데다가 아기 식기는 물론 아기 김까지 있는거 보곤 정말 세심하다고 생각했어요 ㅎㅎ 먹을 것이 많아 아기김은 먹지도 못했지만요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 아기랑 제주도 온다면 머무를 것 같아요! 아기데리고 오시는 분들 정말 추천이요!

시에나 리조트 공사 소음이 엄청났음 호텔 주변 산책중 큰 들개 두마리의 공격을 받았음.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Very good with kids. Loved the swimming pool. We just loved everything during our stay. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever seen for young children. I have a two-year-old son and a baby. They had the best time here! This hotel is perfect because the rooms have toys for children, the pool had toys and free popcorn and cotton candy. They also had a movie playing! There is a kids play room, outside playground, and everything here is child friendly. The rooms even had stepstools so my son could reach the sink. And Nesquick chocolate milk mix next to the coffee. :) Breakfast was very child friendly as well and my son loved it. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. It is the best for young children!

수영장은 너무만족했으나 체크인시 남직원의 방배정부터 기분이좋지않았습니다 바다뷰방배정을 해주셨는데 바로앞쪽은 공사중이여서 공사장로 하룻밤 . 다음날다시배정받은방은 수영장뷰가아니라 그냥 정원뷰였네요 그리고 첫번째방에선 바디로션이 텅텅비어있어 쓰지못하고 두번째방에선 공기청정기 에러메세지때문에 밤새 잠을설쳤네요. 두번다신 가지않을것같습니다
