Great place to stay but the experience is let down by terrible WiFi

Great place to stay for an overnight stay in Mackay. Great size apartments, easy check in.

Good location. Generally ok. Was not proved with enough toilet paper etc. had to ask. kitchen was poorly equiped

Could do with a lot of maintence. Parking was ok, did have to park on street one night, aircons work well just no direction fins left in them. Bed was awful and pillow non existent

Staff where amazing

No visible window in room, carpet filthy, king bed is 2 singles pushed together, no milk in fridge, shower head poor. Aircon works well, parking secure.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 8+ years and have always appreciated the location and the consistently friendly, helpful reception team. However, the last two stays have been disappointing. The rooms feel very aged, which would be fine if they were properly cleaned. Unfortunately, our most recent room had lumpy, worn-out bed, stained furniture with crumbs and dirt, and the bed itself had hairs and other debris on it. The kitchen in the one-bedroom unit was also poorly stocked, with only one fork and one drinking glass. While the view remains a highlight and the air-conditioning filters were clean, the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms make me question whether they are being adequately serviced between guests. At this point, I’m not sure I would return unless improvements are made.

The View was the best part of our stay at this property. We were a family of 5 traveling and stayed 4 nights. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was really average. The bedding had blood stains on it, or dried wet stains on every bed. The shower didnt have an extracter fan, so was very hot. The Air Conditioning units were either dripping with water leaking or they didn't work properly. The sink tap didn't have hot water coming out of it, and the utensils or the lack of to cook a meal were no where to be seen. The deck had so much dove feces everywhere, no one would want to sit out there. Also the Air Conditioning fan was on the outside balcony blowing hot air at you, which made it impossible to sit near. This needs to be looked at before offering this to families.

Good size & handy having the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Lovely views. Just needs some maintenance (shelves broken in the showers, front door damaged, etc).

Burns in carpet, broken toilet, marks on walls, broken window latches, window couldn't be closed properly. Disgusted, so didn't stay.

Apsttment was magnificent. Incredibly comfortable bed and good facilties within. Kitchen, living room and bsthroom all immaculate, honestly accommodation itself second to none. Location not ideal if you dont have a car though due to distance from shops and resturanta in center of Mackay. If you have a car though as i assume most would, recommend staying here

First the good: secure parking is great and the rooms are a good size. However this place is looking very tired. No maintenance is done, shower head held on with a cable tie. Stained carpets and walls and the bed worn out. Balcony is good but unusable with all the smoking going on. Not a smoke free property. No smart TV for streaming or casting. Location is good but how about a coat of paint and new carpets, for the cost. Absolutely no room service for fresh towels etc unless you stay 7 days. Don’t think I’ll be back. Business trip 3 night stay.

The property was dirty. Had a very strong odour of cigarette. Carpets had multiple stains - video taken for any disputes. Overall disappointing experience

Great suite of apartments, well appointed even though a bit on the pricier side. There is only one lift and you'll likely have to wait a while because the cleaners use it in the morning. A minor quibble but they did not stock the fridge with milk.

The mattress was terrible… I feel like folding in half by the mattress and you can clearly see the king bed is formed by two singles and they are not leveled! One side is sinking in the middle, makes it impossible to stand up the next morning. I literally couldn’t feel my back after slept in it… Terrible experience won’t recommend.

Nice quiet neighbour hood. Pretty clean but not spotless Only two pillows and no spare blanket Fabric headboard which grosses me out Smelt of old man and beer .. luckily I had room spray. Advertised as sea view but looked into the city

Overall nice stay. Location is excellent out of the main city and close to the beaches. Good base for exploring what the area has to offer.

Room was great few stains on carpet and bed. The thing that made it awful was that the room stank of cigarettes and alcohol coming from the other room. it was so bad it burnt my nostrils and I had a horrible sleep. I was very busy while I was in town so didn’t have a chance to talk to staff for a new room or for a refund so I could go somewhere else. It’s like the air is connected somehow cause the bathroom was the worst in the morning and the alcove you walk in first that joined two apartments. Lounge worse at night. I emailed them and let them know but I had to go to my meeting and had to leave town for a 4hour drive home the same day. I never heard back from them.
