Very late check in, which they tried to delay even further, and nowhere to leave luggage in the interim except for another one of their properties which is quite far from this one. Communication not great, first question I asked took almost 3 days to reply to. Good location though and nice fairly new and clean property.

We did not stay at the Sagrada Familia Gaudi. We booked the reservation and the the "Happy People" called us at the last minute and told us "Sorry, you cannot stay at the Sagrada property." Instead they put us in some flophouse 2 train stops from where we were supposed to be staying, and the neighborhood was a minimum of 6 stops from everything else in Barcelona. This is what you call "Bait and switch." It is a duplicitous practice, no excuses. Avoid any property managed by "Happy People" because while they may be happy, you probably will not be once they are through with you.

Die Lage war perfekt. Auch der Kontakt war nett. Die Sauberkeit lies allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Ebenfalls waren 2 von 3 Stühlen waren defekt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, gerade neben der Sagrada Familia. Perfekt👍
