my first time to visit Phnom Penh. I love it. the hotel is still in progress but the stay was good. had my friend to take me around the city. the workers are friendly. breakfast is mediocre but sufficient enough for me.

Cool room. Space on static. Quality wooden furniture. The interior of the room is old and doesn't match the 4-star standard.

Room is clean. Hospitality is good. With special discount even better.

Breakfast has not many choices
