The parking lot needed a lot of attention, mainly salt. It was awful! We love to go to East tawas but unfortunately nothing the winter again because of this.

Great area and good view. But one of the people who stayed in the hotel with me got 4 bed bug bites. Place seemed clean but the bites are very noticeable and extremely itchy.

Always a nice stay. Great staff very welcoming.

Hot tub not working, pool was cold, staff not friendly when i voiced my disappointment

Always a pleasure to stay here while I am traveling for work. Front desk staff always very welcoming and helpful.

My sister's and I have stayed at the hotel before but this will likely be our last time. I was assured a late check in was no problem, but had a very unpleasant check in experience. The cost of the hotel does not allign with the condition of the rooms. We had no hot water when we attemped to shower ar 11am, were assured it was a hot water heater issue that was fixed but by 6pm still were unable to take a hot shower. The initial solution was to be offered a separate room to shower in rather than being moved. We eventually were given another room with fully functioning amenities. The temperature controls on the heater in the new room did not work properly. Even set at 65 at night we woke up miserable because it wouldnt stop and had to be at least 80.

The hotel is not brand new but in good condition. It has a beautiful view of the water. The staff was friendly. My room was clean with no issues. I was a little concerned reading others reviews but did not encounter anything negative and everything was clean.

It was great. Friendly staff. Nice clean pool area. The addition of the continental breakfast was a plus

The hotel smells when you first walk in! It’s the first thing you notice. We were informed the restaurant would be closed due to staffing issues. We were not able to get a main floor room and had to take the stairs. When we got to our room you could tell they were trying to cover up the smell but after a few minutes it wears off! The whole hotel needs a good clean up and new carpet throughout. They have a beautiful setting but I don’t think I would go back.

I suspect this place was very short staffed. Waited an hour for my room to be available. Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged by anyone associated with the restaurant. I left and found another place to eat.

Food was good, didn’t have to go anywhere else, pool and hot tub was very nice, entertainment was great, outside tiki bar was great. Clean service was great!! Good location for shopping, walkable!! I would definitely go back! Thanks!!

Both dad has had his stain sheets, The carpet was also stained in numerous places… The bathtub inside the room was broken, I tempted to wash down on occasions before my daughter at the light to go home because she could not take the amount of issues had occurre! Not only did a book and specified on the app, but also in person five hours before the room is ready that I was handicapped disabled took about five hours to get the room ready, stuck on the second floor, Then they stuck me the disabled person on the second floor with no elevator. It took six trips three of them up and then we left three of them down with our stuff and our service dog , I bought an hour or two total in between the two. And by 7:30 to 8:30 PM, she a six-year-old little girl asked her father to take her home instead of staying on this beautiful vacation and the amount of pain I had to endure and suffer. I need a manager. I’ve already asked the app and whatever service they have to reach out to me ASAP. Leave a voicemail since I am disabled. I have a very difficult time sleeping at night let alone doing my job which is 8 to 10 hours a day for a global medical device. This will not let me upload it 5 to 6 different photographs I took. I will attempt to do it once more. I had to take Monday off work from and literally work from three in the morning until 730 or eight in the morning the following day where I’m sorry the same day on Monday to be able to take the rest of the day off and not embarrass me
