Room was OK for what it was, shower was not overly clean but the rest of the cabin was fine. We stayed one night so 12 Euros for sheet and towel hire was quite expensive, and would have ended up being the same price to stay in a hotel.
Restaurant food was average, I had pasta which was covered in so much cooked olive oil that it was like olive oil soup with some spaghetti thrown in. The fish was better although the calamari was frozen not fresh. We were told 'it is very hard to get fresh calamari in Sardinia" Really?? What made it even worse was a very rude and obnoxious waiter. Who evidently did not want to be there and certainly did not want to be serving us, my partner is a fluent Italian speaker yet when she asked questions about the menu (she has dietary requirements)he was very patronising and refused to speak in italian to her. no idea why! For one night it was survivable, but would not eat in the restaurant again, and for the price with the linen charge, I'd probably just stay in a cheap hotel somewhere.
