Property was excellent and right in heart of the town. Only issue was parking was extra and not known at time of booking

Loved this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Located across the road from the train station, so need for a car. Two minute walk to the centre of town restaurants and cafes. Short stroll along port to beach. Will go back there.

The hotel is across the road from the train station which was very convenient. The room was a bit small but very clean. The hotel is close to so mean wonderful restaurants.. If we go back to. Saint John de luz.we will definitely stay here again

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were rail travellers so a hotel opposite the station was ideal. It was very easy to walk into the town and there were many lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room on the top floor was lovely with views over the water and surprisingly quiet given the location. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and well serviced. An ideal short stay!

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location to access the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and beach. It was also very convenient for the train station where we arrived and bus stop we used to leave from. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a/c, the juliet balcony and a fridge!

The hotel was very easy to find being opposite the train station and the old town and the beach were easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable and it was helpful to have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Stayed here one night, everything was clean and in working order. The hotel is on a busy street but the windows are well insulated so the noise wasn't a problem. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was soft and they gave lots of pillows. Parking wasnt easy to find and it's paid, if you have heavy luggage you might have to carry it a bit.

Just a great place to stay. Professional and good natured team. Tidy room. Super bathroom. Fantastic aquarium in breakfast room

The hotel is difficult to find as it is right on a roundabout. There is limited tight parking. Check in was efficient. The room was small, tired and a small bed. Limited tea/coffee facilities. I requested more milk capsules and was told they would be brought to the room. They never arrived and then reception had closed. Check out was a fiasco. Had to wait and the receptionist was in a blind panic. She took my payment and then insisted it hadn’t gone through. She took it again and yes, she charged me twice. To their credit they contacted me two days later and apologised.

Only hiccup was that despite having explicitly reserved two twins, we got a single larger bed. Staff was helpful in making a dinner reservation, advising how to get to parking.

Very welcoming staff/hosts, clean and comfortable property. Conveniently located near all the action but a little away to be quiet. Perfect sound insulation. 5*
