Super hotel, clean, near town centre and friendly staff.

Small single room, breakfast was ok except for heated items were luke warm , they have some parking spaces out front but make you use underground parking for 9.5e

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast varied and dinner was very good. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was lovely, clean and tidy but for an older couple who sometimes get up during the night a corner room on the top floor with low ceilings was not very practical! Breakfast was a good offering. Located very close to old town.

Been here many times, great hotel, staff & facilities. Will definitely come again in the future.

From the very friendly and helpful receptionist, through the courteous bar staff to the excellent service at dinner (and later at breakfast), this hotel exceeded expectations. The restaurant in particular was wonderful and the food delicious.

Good location but rooms and common areas are tired. Disappointing that hotel chooses to charge for secure parking which is not actually secure at all as also open to the general public. Hotel really focuses on business travelers.

We had a lovely stay. The only reason they dropped a point, is there was no kettle in the room. We bought one from Woolworths, as we can’t do without our hot drinks as soon as we wake.

Used as a stopover on journey from U.K. to Estonia. Pleasant enough hotel close to town centre and beside the river. Clean, presentable and comfortable.

Hotel Stadt Hameln is a very quaint sleepy and quiet hotel. It is ideally located in walking distance to downtown, shops and located along canal makes for nice walks. We only stayed one night, but when we visit the area again in future, we likely will stay there longer because of the location.

Nice location but the reception was very rude with us. Room had very old furniture. They give first one room with very bad smell!! Very bad experience I will not return to them.

Huge room with three big windows overlooking the river Wezer. A fun place to stay, conveniently located for visiting Hameln and we enjoyed reading about the history of the hotel. Well done for transforming it so well. Breakfast was standard, not much atmosphere in the restaurant. We would recommend and stay again ourselves

Beautiful building but dated lobby, and renovations are made in a very different vibe. They provide well for cyclists but spending fun time at the hotel is not happening as the gate between hotel and river is closed. Close to the city center and pretty quiet, clean spacious but slightly basic bedrooms. Not sure of the value per room. Friendly staff - convenient parking. I missed charm.
