My input: 1. The pillows could probably be replaced, as they're starting to get thin. It's best to give each person two pillows, as there aren't any bolsters in hotels. 2. The lights could be separated. For example, for the Grand Deluxe, the switches could be separated for the one above the bed, the one in the living room, and the one in the kitchen. This way, if you turn off the one in the bedroom, the other room can still be turned on. 3. The water flow in the bathroom near the toilet is a bit slow, perhaps the slope of the bathroom tiles isn't quite right. But overall, I was satisfied with my stay here and would recommend it to other colleagues. Thanks.

Comfortable hotel, I really like the breakfast; it's delicious and has a wide selection. It's just a short walk to PIM Mall. Easy access. And the hotel staff is friendly. There are just a few things that need attention, like the sheets and the lights that don't work anymore. Overall, I like everything about this hotel.

The hotel is located inside Palembang Indah Mall (PIM), and the famous pempek culinary delights are just across the street. Easy access to everything. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and is truly delicious.

Assalamu'alaikum, I'm from Jambi, my husband has wanted to stay here for a long time and Alhamdulillah finally I can stay here & Masya Allah very satisfied Alhamdulillah 3D2N in a superior room, as soon as I entered the room the air conditioner was on, cold, fragrant, clean, the bathroom was also clean & functioning well, hot and cold water also flowed smoothly, I ordered 2 rooms, 1 room for my child, 1 more room for my child & his friend, a dancer from UNSRI Choose to stay at Emilia Hotel because it is close to PIM, my child's dance competition is also held at PIM so it makes it easier for his activities Around the hotel there are many delicious places to eat, Access to the shop by the pempek village is also close, Very satisfied with the hotel service and facilities received, thank you Emilia Hotel, God willing it will be a choice for Our family will visit Palembang again next time More and more successful, okay 👍🥰

When we entered the room, it turned out that the AC was broken so the room was stuffy, the sink was clogged. When we complained, it took a long time to arrive, we had to call twice first, waiting for them to fix it first, and we couldn't even ask for a room change. It also took a long time to borrow a prayer mat. The floor of the room was dirty, there were traces of rice on the floor even though we had just arrived and hadn't eaten. We wanted to heat water, then when we wanted to use the kettle, it turned out that it couldn't be used because it was moldy. I was too lazy to complain.
