Good for the price

This property was not adults only. False advertising. Good location.

The rooms smelt like mold, and it’s basically a hostal for people that want to party all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from different rooms in all directions. I made a noise complaint and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. I stayed for two nights to ask either if I could change rooms or get a refund for the 2nd night and the reception did nothing about. This has been the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. There’s cheaper and much nicer hostels in Mallorca.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We needed to book one night in a hotel before we headed out to Soller, and while I i expected a pretty low quality hotel given price, this place was absolutely terrible (pictures are even more deceiving) Upon arrival, there was no greeting from the counter attendant. We waited 5 minutes for a hello while he was just counting change. Then, we had to wait for another attendant and it took us almost 20 minutes to check in. The hotel room itself was disgusting. No elevator to the third floor and hallways reeked of stale cigarettes. The shower head fell off the second you turned on the water and our AC stopped working within an hour of us being there. Completely unacceptable given the warmer temperatures in august. We called the front desk and they told us someone would come by to fix it in the morning (after we would have already checked out). Highly recommend paying a few extra bucks to stay literally anywhere else.

Every room smelled like paint, the tubs had stains, stains on the bed, dirty toilet, TV was very small, and the staff told me every hotel in Palma was like that. We didn’t even stay the night because the smell was so bad and found a much better hotel room at Vista Odin.

The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice friendly staff and great breakfasts with lots of breakfast options. The part of the hotel we stayed in is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC. A little disappointing there was no fridge in the room we stayed in.

The room did not seem very clean and needed a lot of work. Wood was rotting and sink was cracked. The phone wasn’t plugged in and you had to go to the front desk and deposit $10 euro to get a controller to turn on your ac. Staff also did t seem to really be to interested in helping us check in.

My "room" was a modern, one-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen supplies and private balcony in a sprawling multi-building complex. Good buffet breakfast and dinner included in price! Multiple swimming pools. Near businesses and beach. Registration had moved a few blocks away, so a sign directed guests to location a few blocks away. My iPod touch was incompatible with their internet access, so I never had e-mail, etc. And no one turned in a sentimental scarf hatband that fell off my hat on site.

Not a good stay at all. Read a few reviews saying it was loud all through the night. I should have listened to those reviews and not taken the chance. Slept maybe 5 hours in the 3 nights we stayed there. Extremely loud German crowd in the area up until all the early morning screaming and yelling. Security was called the first night and when the other loud guests heard him coming they ran back to their rooms. The cycle continued that night. Next day we requested a room change. Was told no and they assured the noise would be dealt with we just had to call security. Gave it another shot the 2nd night and the same stuff happened and this time there was a domestic case on our floor keeping us up until 5am. Next day we requested a refund and go leave but they said it was not possible but finally agreed to move us off of that floor. But moved us to a room next to the stairs and it did not have WiFi. Just overall not a happy stay. Super loud. Got no sleep and the beds were lumpy and sagged in the middle. As for the area, very nice beach, lots of shops and restaurants and bus stop right outside. Great location. The rest of the resort that our building was attached to was nice but this building, AVOID IT.

Pros: you eat at the 4* restaurant and can use the complex facilities. Cons: very noisy teenagers next door. We had to complain to reception for something to be done. Shower curtain was black, yellow towels, bad room lighting.

Good location not near public transport (line 23) and beach, nice area. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Very good breakfast buffet. The yards and surroundings very nice.

There is a need for some improvement of the food and it is noisy evening...

The cleaners make sure you don't sleep in the morning, the germans make sure you don't sleep at night. I don't usually care about loudness but this is beyond what I have ever experienced before. Doors slam every 2 minutes literally. Cleaners shouting and using their walky talkys outside your door. They don't knock, just enter so you are always on edge. Apart from that, it's not bad, you get what you pay for.

was apsaloutley apaulin my room apartment room 302 was like bein in prison you cant move horrible out side room where you would like to sit and have a drink the hotel itself ide rate 3 the barman emmie was the nicest of all so 10 out of 10 for him everythink else not good but food ok just needs more variety

Bodde i lägenheterna och det visade sig att hissen blev trasig i tre dagar så det var väldigt jobbigt. Annars en fin utsikt och lugnt läge och mitten av playa de Palma. Lite väl lyhört men det är ju en del av de spanska fastigheterna. Personalen jättetrevliga men hade lite svårt att hjälpa till det som vi var i behov av. Men vi återkommer ändå hit gärna.

Sauberes Zimmer, Zustand der Ausstattung etwas überaltert. Duschwasser wechselte ständig die Wassertemperatur, unangenehm weil die Temperaturen extrem wechselten. Sonst alles unproblematisch, netter Service.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.
