I booked a non-smoking room, but there was no non-smoking room available, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. In addition, there was loud music at night, which made it difficult to sleep and rest properly.

The hot water didn't work during my stay. For a hotel this size in the city center, it doesn't have a backup water heater. The shower was freezing. How could it be inferior to a budget hotel? 😑 The room's cleanliness was lacking. Upon entering, the floor was dusty.

The room was okay, but upon entering, there was still a really strong cigarette smell. So, I decided to spray some perfume. Also, the hot water didn't seem to work properly, but that's okay. Otherwise, it was great, perfect for a staycation or a self-reward.
