The best place to stay!!

We have stayed at Hochelaga Inn numerous times and absolutely love it. The charm of the house and the rooms are only second to the welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean and super comfortable beds!

Wonderful and helpful front desk staff

Not sure what I expected for this one-night stay, but it was barely adequate for the purpose. Overhyped as "luxurious and modern," my room was shabby and draughty. Cold air coming from the windows fought with warm air from the radiator, and won. When I returned after the reception desk had closed, my door code didn't work and I had to call someone who was able to open the door remotely. I left before breakfast.

Food was horrible.

The room was small. The bed was lower at the head than at the foot of the bed. The window in the room let in a lot of cool air, didn't fit properly. Breakfast was good, they used to serve a nice hot breakfast which was included in the price. ,, I miss that but the continental breakfast was sufficient. The staff were very friendly.

Suggest better variety of food at breakfast; very disappointed no maid service on weekend; properly could do with a refresh in decorating. On other hand, very convenient location, convenient parking on site, lovely old building.

We love staying here. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The common rooms are lovely, there were great restaurants within walking distance and parking was easy.

Lots of charm and character

Staff is friendly ,room is clean ,mattress and bedding are excellent.The property is an old Victorian building ,so bathrooms are outdated and poor water pressure in the shower .

Lovely heritage building. Quiet area. Conveniently located near Queen's and Downtown. The room was quaint and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the continental breakfast was delicious and convenient!
