Hotel was basic, clean enough. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Limited channels on the TV remote/only 1 in English. Breakfast was fine, quite good variety but pretty standard for Prague. Man behind the reception desk was nice enough.

The hotel was clean , the room was also clean and beds comfortable. the breakfast was a little limited.

Overall we had a good experience there except bed ( two single beds instead of one queen bed) and the size of blanket which was very small even for one person. The reception was not responsive either

good hotel, been before, good breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable beds, no english on t.v. close to invalidovna metro and trams.staff efficient and friendly.

Very dated. It was like returning to soviet era. Food is terrible. They position themselves as 4 star place, in my opinion they are barely 2 stars.

Bus 100 from the airport and the yellow metro takes you direct to invalidovna, 5 mins walk to hotel. Close to metro and tram stops.Large rooms, TV can only get BBC world news in English. superb buffet breakfast. pleasant 10 minute walk to central Karlin , plenty of good pubs and restaurants.

It’s good value for money, but wifi signal is too weak so connection is lost frequently. The biggest problem is there was weird noise in the room. That might be a sound of wind..

Very very simple breakfast so prepare to eat out or bring food. Basic hotel room but nothing wrong with it and worked fine for just one person, may have been much harder with a spouse or children.

Very decent hotel. No luxury, old style, nothing fancy but good for the price and super well located with metro and tram stops very near

Wifi was very spotty. Came in and out all the time. Mattress was thin - more of a mattress pad, maybe 1.5 inches thick. Breakfast (free) was extensive but not the best quality. I do feel that the ratings of this hotel are way over the top as to how bad it is. Mostly I have no problems with it aside from above. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Bathroom was all new, with new fixtures and tile. Elevators are new and fast. View from the 18th floor was pretty awesome -even looking away from downtown. They do a huge travel business apparently as busloads filled up the hotel. Location is very close to metro and the area is developing with new office complexes with more food choices. I'd stay here again.

Good for overnight, but don't expect hospitality.

This hotel did not meet our expectations as a 4* hotel. PROS: Good location with metro and tram nearby. Two supermarkets are close to the hotel. CONS: ROOM. Room has locked windows that couldn't be opened and week A/C, not making temperature below 23° for comfortable sleeping. BREAKFAST. Basic buffet breakfast. Low-quality watered-down coffee. Limited selection of fruits (watermelon decorated with few grapes only).

The toilet wasn't flushed after cleaning. Bring your own shampoo and soap and towels.
