Everything is fine. The room needs improvement: 1. Add a power outlet next to the bed. 2. Add a mini wardrobe next to the bed or in a spare space. Hopefully, it will be even more comfortable in the future.

This hotel is family friendly, on the 1st floor/GF there is a playground for children and many food courts, besides staying for office/work purposes, it can also be a fun place for the family.

It was very disappointing that we couldn't check in until late at night, and when we were about to leave, there were no security guards or anyone standing by at the entrance to carry our suitcases and other belongings, making it incredibly inconvenient upon arrival. Bringing children here is not recommended. Furthermore, there were no spare toilet paper rolls, and there wasn't much choice of TV channels. Furthermore, the water pump was incredibly loud every time we needed to use it, so my child would always wake up if I went to the bathroom at night.

The hotel staff are friendly, especially when checking in even though they arrived before check-in hours, they were served, and when they needed a prayer mat, they were given a complete set of prayer clothes and a prayer mat, a bed cover and fragrant sheets, the room was clean, the staff was helpful.

So, it's in the same building as the mall. You still have to take the elevator from the ground floor to get to the lobby. The directions weren't clear enough, making it a bit confusing and a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage from your car and then finding the lobby to check in. Moreover, the road in front of the mall was closed for an event. Plus, there's plenty of food around the mall. Cleanliness is adequate. The food is quite varied and tastes decent.
