The room was very nice and the hotel is in a great location

This property has been operating as a hotel for nearly a hundred years. It is clean and well kept. It reminded us of a small hotel in the film noir era (except this one takes debit/credit cards). Located near the center of Punta Arenas downtown it was within walking distance of many activities and our tours frequently picked us up last and dropped off first!

I woke up early every morning and took trips, so my breakfast was packed to go. Didn't have the chance to check it out on site

The bathroom shower did not work, there was hair in the cheese slices for breakfast. I did tell the staff. Mold on bathroom ceiling. This hotel is not worth the price. Funny all the bathroom shampoos and conditioners were half full. Seems to have be there from other visitors. So disappointing, Do not use this facility.

I would describe this property as a boutique hotel with a very family run feel. The rooms were tidy and clean was comfortable beds He offers an ample free breakfast When the front desk learned we were going on a detour they had a breakfast lunch ready prepared for us.

This hotel is ideally placed in the center of town and only a couple of blocks from the bus station. The staff was very helpful and provided ample English to help get me everywhere I needed to go.

This hotel has a lot of potential, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast quite good, but it is let down by the dirty carpets, the outdated (but not yet antique chic) bathrooms, and the tiny bedroom we stayed in

Lovely little hotel, perfectly located. It was exactly as described and was perfect for out time in PUnta Arenas. It was excellent value for money. Would recommend.

The staff at Isla Rey Jorge were friendly, helpful and quick to assist with any needs. Very conveniently located at an easy walk to the main plaza and the oceanfront. The facility is slightly shabby, but very clean and comfortable. A great value for the price.

I love the area, there were some incredible dining options near by. The hotel was old and charming. I realized after the fact that I was charged $40 more than quoted at checkout.

When we saw the room, we decided to not stay at Hotel Isla Rey Jorge. This is not a 4 star hotel depite advertising at such.
