The rooms were very pretty and quaint and the breakfast was good, it was an interesting and unique atmosphere.

Beautiful views, good food, friendly staff, very peaceful. Property even had a couple of friendly outdoor cats roaming about the vineyard. Would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful and lovely place to stay! The owners and staff go above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. Nada was especially great at engaging with us to share details about Portuguese culture and food. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

My wife and I chose this location for an evening stay after driving through the Duoro valley from Marvao. It was conveniently located, easy to find, clean and the check-in and hospitality were very good. Unfortunately we arrived fairly late, the weather didn't cooperate, and we stayed on a Monday evening so many of the local attractions and restaurants were not open. We did take a long walk through Lamego and it was a pretty, albeit mostly empty town.

We only stayed there one night in our trip around the Douro river. The place is nice and very convenient located to us as we were coming from a visit at Quinta da Pacheca which is quite close to it. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing is that it was a bit noise in the morning as our room was quite close to the breakfast room. A part from that everything was perfect.

The property was quite a bit further out of town than I thought was indicated in its information so there was not much in the way of food options. We decided to have dinner at the property which we thought was very expensive for what we got. Breakfast was good but the server seemed to disappear so times were not restocked. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for just one night and in the fall so didn’t use any of the amenities.

A charming place to stay. The staff were lovely! Everything at dinner and breakfast came from the vegetable garden and the wine was from the vineyard. The rooms are comfortable if a little in need of a refresh. The Quinta is set in beautiful countryside and I would definitely go again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, near to Lamego and easy to get to by car. The service was excellent. We chose to have dinner at their restaurant and it was both great value for money and delicious, highly recommended!

Great hotel, great views, friendly staff, very accommodating, but if driving, need a good gps for it’s a little difficult to find.

It was a little bit out of Lamego itself but easy access to the Douro Valley. Beautiful views, excellent restaurant and breakfast. Staff were excellent they couldn't do enough for us. They make all their own jams which were very tasty. They served us white and red wines from their own winery which were very pleasant. Overall a very pleasant stay around our trip to the Douro Valley

The hotel is great. Beautifully maintained with with lovely and friendly staff. It is so comfortable and has a very homely feel. The breakfast is served in the lounge which has lovely views. The breakfast is a good selection and tastes fantastic. The room has everything you need and is cleaned daily to the highest standard. Nearest restaurants and cafes are a drive away.

Amazing, comfortable and very friendly environment in the Douro Valley. We highly recommend this location at it beautifully situated. It is very easy to access many areas. The homemade morning breakfasts were perfect start to the day. If we are in the area again, we would stay here.
