The room was clean and comfortable

I've been there twice for breakfast at 9 am and there was nothing except coffee. When I paid, they said that breakfast is included.

Building looks very outdated- rooms smelled old- bathroom had stains on the walls- there we no lamps on the tables- they advised of breakfast for free but it was not what you think it would be- it can be better. Overall, staff friendly but price paid is too much for a place like that

If youre on the first floor, you can hear everything in the room above you. Very noisy

To many unhealthy, looking people on the property as well as men staring at my daughters, I had three girls with me and they would stare at them at the pool. It was very unsafe felt very uneasy. We had to leave immediately the next day because of the men as soon as I arrived to the property, I knew it was the wrong place. I booked and being that I booked it through a third-party I wasn’t able to get a refund so I had to stay there the night, but as soon as I walked in, I saw I felt look like drug addicts around too much smoking on the property cigarettes everywhere in those containers it smells the floors were dirty in the room, it was very uncomfortable to stay there. I felt unsafe I had to block the door with a chair and my cooler just to keep me and my girl safe.

This property was not how it appeared online. It says rooms are renovated and shows photos. Rooms are not fully renovated including closet area

The bathroom had blood stains. The pool was only open till 8 PM which was a downer for Summer kids but the pool was disgusting so it was a plus to not let the kids in there so long the rooms are outdated. Things are broken falling apart the staff were rude

Clean, bare bones hotel. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only put out a couple choices of cereal and bagels that looked like someone sat on them.

I’m sorry to say that this place is not good at all. It feels like a shelter, with many strange people arriving carrying their clothes in garbage bags — it looks like they might be homeless. The place seems to accept homeless people or something similar. There is no soap, no shampoo, the towels are extremely worn out, and the bed sheets look like they haven’t even been changed. The place is terrible, a really bad experience. I had been here in the past when it was a different location, but now it’s a completely strange and unpleasant environment.

The check-in was great. The receptionist was personable, friendly, and thorough. It was actually one of the best check-ins I've ever had. My issue was the cleanliness and usability of the room. There was hair in the shower, the toilet struggled with flushing, and there were zero basic amenities, such as an iron and hair dryer, which were both needed. I was pretty shocked. This is definitely more a motel than anything. It felt seedy, dirty, and unsafe. There are cameras but the overall feeling is not great. We didn't have any issues or anything to report, but we only stayed one night which was enough. I slept fine but others in my group did not. The breakfast is pretty dismal: cold bagels, cereal, and coffee service. For what was charged, location withstanding, it was not worth the price.

Hotel was a transformed motel with basic rooms and few amenities. The included “breakfast” consisted of a few bagels and oranges. The staff was friendly and courteous but the property was unkempt.

Cleanliness convenient location staff is very nice and approachable

Place was nice and clean and that’s the most important for me! Some suggestions would be better pillows (bring your own, bed was comfy though), a new shower head, and maybe some hooks or a towel bar to hang stuff up in the bathroom. Pool looked nice and clean. Will stay again for sure
