I will go back to stay again. The accommodation is clean. The parking is very good. The staff is polite and provides very good service.

Friendly hotel staff, although I can speak Japanese there are some words that are difficult to understand. But the staff helped patiently during check in. The room is quite clean but the smell of cigarettes can still be smelled sometimes.

Check-in machine is very convenient. The receptionist is always available and ready to help if there is any problem with the machine. The location is super strategic next to Matsumoto Station and bus terminals for popular destinations, especially Kamikochi. Housekeeping is offered if the guest is willing, but if not, amenities such as new towels, pajamas, etc. can be provided without the staff having to open the room left by the guest.

Very clean and spacious room. The hotel also provide free choice of drinks.

School, very close to the bus station that will go to Kamikochi. Across the road, it's very convenient and very near to matsumoto station. Rooms ok very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel 1 night for transit before Alpine route. Very close to the station. Plenty of eating places around the hotel and there is a supermarket beside the hotel. Close to transportation. There is a 200 yen laundry coin facility. Can send luggage from the hotel receptionist. Very efficient for the moving city. The breakfast food is okay. The beds are okay. Very efficient if you bring a lot of entourage. From the station mat sumoto walk the longest 5 minutes have arrived. The check-in process is very quick and easy just need to show the booking voucher from the app.

Although it's small but it's comfy. Not having the chance to have the breakfast though. But overall it's great
