The reception staff were friendly and smiling, and the housekeepers were also welcoming.

The price is reasonable. The shower head in the bathroom is broken, and the shower gel dispenser is broken and doesn't work when pressed too hard. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, but it's better to bring your own.

Whenever I go to Udon Thani, I always stay here because it's in the city, the price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and provide good service. The only downsides are that the bathroom system seems a bit unsafe – sometimes the hot water doesn't work, there's sometimes standing water, and the rooms aren't very soundproof. Overall, everything else is okay. I'll stay here again when I'm in Udon Thani.

I'm usually a regular customer at this hotel whenever I return to Udon Thani, but this time I found the room to be quite old, unclean, and musty. The floor and bed were dusty, the air conditioner smelled musty, and the water heater didn't work on the second day of my stay. The bedding, towels, pillows, and blankets looked very old and smelled musty. If these areas were improved, I would consider staying here again.
