Very comfortable. And Mbak Rafika upgraded me to a villa. All the facilities were great. Comfortable. The room was very comfortable. The toilet was also comfortable, and the staff were all great... However, the access road to the hotel is quite far, and there was a landslide, so there was a traffic jam.

There's no need to doubt staying at the InterContinental, everything is top-notch, from the service, room cleanliness, and especially the facilities, which offer more activities for kids, making it perfect for those who want to bring their families. The only downside is the breakfast menu, I think it lacks variety, unlike the InterContinental in Jakarta, but otherwise it's top 💯

My first staycation at this hotel was beautiful and made my heart happy. This is the hotel I dreamed of for my birthday and the food was delicious. What we didn't expect was that it included dinner. I only knew that breakfast was included, but this wasn't it, dinner was also included, so I was speechless about this hotel. I will definitely come back for a staycation at this Intercon hotel next time. 🥰 If there were 10 stars, I would give it 10 🤩

The room wasn't soundproof, so we could still faintly hear people talking and doing activities in the next room. This was a bit annoying. Even then, we went in to find the bathroom supplies were still incomplete. There were no towels or soaps. Luckily, there was a housekeeper in the hallway, so we quickly asked for them. Adding an extra bed was also a bit complicated, we had to go downstairs to pay. Payment wasn't possible in the room. Even though it's a large, star-rated hotel, this was the first time we couldn't make a transaction during installation, even though the team brought an EDC machine or receipt for cash payments. 😔 Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Thank you.

The location is peaceful, but a bit far from the city center and shopping areas. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the receptionist, Rafika, even helped me get a free room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food is varied and delicious. The kids' activities are quite complete.

The tiring journey, after visiting vegetable gardens and sheep in Wanayasa, through Ciater, Tangkuban Perahu, and Lembang, was finally rewarded with a pleasant night's rest at the InterContinental Dago. This was the second time my wife and I had spent the weekend away from Jakarta.

The best 5-star hotel we've ever stayed in. Super kid-friendly, even if we didn't leave the hotel all day, we wouldn't get bored because there were so many activities for the kids.

Excellent service from the receptionist, cleaning services, security, and restaurant staff. Thank God, I got a free upgrade with a golf course view. The serene atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, is very comfortable. There are plenty of children's play facilities, but some games require additional charges.

The hotel staff is super duper friendly and there are lots of spots for kids, so it's a pleasure to bring the family here.
