Enjoyed a 1 night stay here with my partner, our room was clean and spacious, all the staff we saw was friendly and helpful! Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, again staff was fast to serve us and very attentive of when we needed help or more ordering, would come back here again!

Wonderful room, nice evening meal, but no one asked me how the food was or if I wanted another drink or see the desert menu, so I just paid & went back to my room.

The rooms were big and clean. Tea/Coffee making facilities, plus 2 packs of biscuits, nice touch! Only complain would be that for the money the full english breakfasts did not include teas/coffees. And, the portions were very small, more like kids portions! We would definitely go there again but not eat there..

Excellent location. Easy to find. Got plenty of car parking spaces. The room is very spacious. Great shower. Room is clean and well equipped. Good to have a bottle of water in the room. Kate at the reception is kind, friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful mountain view. However, the bed seems to be a bit too soft.

Well located. Clean, tidy, massive room. The staff were great, extremely friendly, both on reception and in the restaurant. Food in restaurant very good.

Large, comfortable room with modern decor. Quiet even though our room was on the ground floor and not far from the road. Hot shower with good pressure. Good tea and coffee making facilities.

We had a wonderful one night stay as a small family (couple with a toddler). The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless. We had a family room with views of the valley. The beds were comfortable and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Plenty of space as well. We had both dinner and breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, both were very good quality and tasty. It was very busy for saturday night people having their dinner... its obviously very popular, and for good reason. We would definitely recommend. And would return again.

Fantastic stay at County Arms!! Staff were lovely, room was spacious and comfy, food was fantastic, even music in pub/restaurant was great.

Had a great stay. One of the rooms was quite cold on arrival and took a while to warm up and the same room was not refreshed while we were out but overall an excellent place to stay. Spacious, quiet and comfortable beds. Would certainly stay there again when in Truro.

The stay was very good apart from the heating in the room not working!

Good hotel with clean accommodation, heating in room poor but breakfast excellent. Easy to find and free parking.

This was our third visit to the county arms and again it was a pleasant experience and a comfortable stay . The questions we had during our stay the staff were only too happy to help , we will be back to stay again

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. Just what we needed for 1 night.

Very good communication from the moment we booked. There was a welcoming professional greeting on arrival and the room and facilities were well ahead of our expectations. There was a well organised arrangement with a local taxi firm and they arrived exactly when required in the morning. The bar and catering facilities were spot on and the breakfast was of a high standard
