Hotel 3 estrellas muy bien ubicado con cómodo parking. Lo desastroso es tanto las toallas viejas y con huecos, sábanas empercudidas con olor a cigarro y el plato de la ducha es inservible. Aire acondicionado muy bueno pero la habitacion carece de tomas de corriente para equipos y móviles.

Good option when traveling to Merida. Well located with plenty of dining places around. 20 minute walk to downtown makes it great.

Not a bad place to stay, good location and friendly staff. There were coffee makers in the room but no mugs or coffee. Only 5 pool chairs for 156 room hotel. :(

Good location. Some staff were friendly. Some staff were unfriendly. Room was tired with visible black corners and excessive caulking in bathroom especially around tub. Linens (towels and sheets) were threadbare and stained which gave a dirty impression.

My stay at El Conquistador was lovely. The staff & service were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Lots of great restaurants and cocktail bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

not like: ac air blowing unto beds, can't change dark brown water came out of faucets and shower clearly room was not ready for occupancy lousy room really
