We booked here because it said it had airport shuttle. We emailed the day before to confirm shuttle with flight number and time. We did not get a reply. We called when we got in and there was no answer. We asked the taxi people that took us to an office. They said do you have a voucher, we said we didn’t get email They said someone is coming soon. xmas dinner overly expensive and not tasty. Spoiled fruits are served. Water melon was sour and smelly. Limiter breakfast options. Coffee is NOT good. Hotel has its charm but outdated. Grounds are nice with jungly set up. Will NOT recommend it for long stay

Attentive service, excellent food. The accommodation seemed older than advertised, and the pool (visible in the image above) was emptied and due not appear to have been usable for some time - the description in the booking information was obviously out of date. Enjoyed the adjacent eco-park.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable and secure stay. On our departure day we had to leave the hotel at 3,am, Transport which was arranged by the hotel arrived on time, Further more the hotel was very kind in having organized two breakfast packets for us, Thank you

We had to find a place to stay in a pinch after our flight got canceled, and luckily, we ended up at El Pueblito! It was pretty close to the airport as well as a quick trip to some other areas with places to shop or eat. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The place itself was tucked into a little oasis! It was a comfortable and restful place to stay.

Beautiful surroundings and ambience. Restaurant could be busy at times but prices are reasonable. Be aware of mosquitoes so bring insect repellent. Rooms are rustic but very clean and spacious.

I wouldn't stay here for the food or gym because the gym was closed for no particular reason and the meat was really tough; they also took around half an hour to make it and despite making arrangements for pick up we had to wait an hour for our transportation from the airport to the hotel. The shower also clogged after one use; wouldn't stay here again unless I wanted to deal with any of these or other problems.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Food was delicious and pool was so refreshing after a hot day at the falls. Even let us come back to hang out and freshen up after our flight got delayed. Beautiful and unique hotel. Would 10/10 recommend and hopefully will return!
