Dirty and unsafe

I would have liked more outlets to operate hair dryer, phone chargers etc

My room was very clean. It's a very peaceful place to stay. Very quiet

The property was definitely outdated, but the area and staff make up for it. I’d recommend bringing your own/extra towels as we only had 2 beach towels in the room for showering/personal use. I’d also recommend bringing an extension cord as there was literally only 1 outlet in the entire room. Parking was free and easy, and I liked that we also had close access to the freeway, beach, and restaurants.

It was perfect for an overnight stay.

Missing items like lightbulbs, trash cans, coffee machine, wash cloths. Drapery not big enough to even cover the window. Heater that never shut off. Had a malfunctioning thermostat. Non-present staff. We had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping right on the bed all night. And to cap it off, they took money for the reservation even though I had paid Expedia already. They promised to pay it back, but haven't yet!

I love the lax nature of the place but it feels unprofessional. The staff was very friendly but was confused on how to check us in. The area around was very nice with beautiful homes and a beautiful pier down the road but the hotel itself attracts some unsavory company that was grouping around the entrance. All and all well worth the money but far from perfect

A/C didn’t work , bathroom was. It clean . Then we were put in a back door entrance with stuffy smell . Very disappointed with this experience .

So the rooms were clean, and the service was adequate, but the oven/ stove that was listed to be in our room was non existant, and the queen bed wasnt very comfortable

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible dirty place, cigarette burn holes in sheets. Holes in the walls. I think this place should probably be shut down. As soon as I saw the room in person I talked to the manager and they apologized, admitted to the poor condition and assured me I would receive a full refund. They never did give the refund and kept the 3 days payment.

It is nice but needs to be renovated and new beds

First off, there is no one available to check in after 9pm. Second, they hold $100 deposit instead of putting a card on file. They actually charge this, then release it, so your money is tied up for days. Third, the room was just, dirty. It’s not cleaned well at all, it’s old and outdated, and just in disrepair. The bed is hard, loud and they put a plastic sheet on it (like one you use for a toddler) so I had to listen to that all night. I guess it’s fine if there are no other options.

Do not have cups,plate spoon or fork. No napkins, no tissue. No amenities. Nothing. Room is ok. But the bed sheets are not change. You can tell its from the previous guest. I always bring my own sheets in case so I have to put that on top of the bed.

Definitely dated and needs a makeover but the area is great and the hotel has a great staff and just has a comfortable vibe.

Horrible service you guys charge me and I didn’t check in or anything I want a refund thank you this place is horrible. I was calling you guys since 12 AM to check in and no response!

Lack of professionalism, not recommended if you want to have a vacation.
