My brother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and kind. We had to find an alternative hotel option due to an allergic reaction to the bad hygiene at another hotel 1 mile away. Within 15 min. we found this hotel. We felt it was a night and day situation and I've never been more grateful to have had this good luck. Many thanks to all the staff!

Great experience from start to end!

Me gustó mucho el hotel. Estaba cómodo y limpio. Lo único que no le gustó es que el hotel me agendo un taxi al aeropuerto y me comentaron que el costo era de 450 pesos en efectivo y cuando el taxi me dejó en el aeropuerto me cobró 500 pesos. Pienso que eso no estaba correcto y el hotel tiene que comunicarse con los taxistas que contratan.

Overall, it was "good". The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the bedding was excellent. They need to place electrical outlets closer to the bed and the television could be a bit larger.

Beautiful room, nice facilities. The staff were helpful with my unsophisticated level of spanish. The space behind the tv wasnt cleaned. I found a unopened bottle of water and some receipts/tags. The restaurant had good food. I would stay again.

The staff is very helpfull and polite. They assist you right away to make your atay an enjoyable one.
