Was a great quiet stay with tons of space

Nice large rooms, difficult parking

The hotel is located in a very quiet safe area, yet there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff all spoke good English and are very friendly. The room is beautifully maintained. The only thing was the hotel WiFi was not very strong and I could not do video chat.

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so friendly and even helped my husband screw wheels back onto his broken suitcase! Our family room was massive and very well equipped and comfortable. The location was also great - within easy walking distance to the train station and into the main shopping area. Highly recommend!

what a gem! definitely coming back for 2 weeks in October. Staff superb with every request. wonderfully run residences. easy 10-12 minute walk to Capitole Plaza.

We came to Toulouse for a wedding. The staff at Odalys City Toulouse Colombélie was so professional, kind and accommodating. Anaise And Emré at reception went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for an iron and they offered the ironing board, too. On the day of the wedding it was raining and they offered us umbrellas. We were transferring to the Odalys near the airport and Emré called for us to see if we could get a shuttle to transfer our luggage. They both made our stay at Odalys Colombélie extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very good aparthotel for a reasonable price

Basic, both the bed and the pillow, uncomfortable!

Decent property near perfect. The only complaint was some mould on the shower head. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location, walkable to the centre and a few grocery stores.

Perfect stay for my family.

PROS Good value accommodations that is located about a 15 minutes walk to city center outskirts, but still within relatively close proximity. The room was clean and offered small kitchenette with electric stove top and mini fridge. Many Asian and ethnic restaurants are nearby for dinner and open at 19:00. CONS Bed could be more comfortable. No climate control in hotel room. I arrived on a very hot day, so a/c or fan would have been appreciated. BEST Front desk staff were extremely friendly, gracious, helpful, and offered many helpful recommendations to see the city.

I travel a lot and I love this hotel. Best one in Toulouse :) Hotel manager and receptionists are so amazing, easygoing and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, bed super comfy. And breakfast is really really good :)

Nice place!

It is an ok hotel. We got a good deal but unlike in other hotels of the same rating the service really reflected the cheap price. The hall carpet was smelly, the room was nice and spacious, bathroom hshower handle was loose and we had it falling on us. Had to ask twice for more soap as they did not bother to replace. There was an Asian guy at front desk who was the most unfriendly I ever had experienced in my life. He is degenerou not cut to be attending people.
