El check in es bastante lento, el personal del front no busca soluciones. A las 11:30pm se dañó el aire acondicionado, nos comunicamos y dijeron q iban a revisar, llegó una persona y presionó botones sin sentido, dijo q esperáramos unos minutos y se arreglaría, al pasar el tiempo me volví a comunicar por que no enfriaba, me dijo que esperara 10 minutos más, ya siendo las 12 de la noche me dijo q iban a cambiarnos de habitación, 5 minutos después se comunica y nos dice que no nos van a cambiar de habitación por que lo que estaba mal era el aire acondicionado de todo el hotel. Mi idea al quedarme acá era descansar pues tengo una cita mañana a las 6:30am, gracias a este hotel no voy a descansar.

Excellent hotel, very clean, very cold A/C. Breakfast was outstanding with great variety of choices. However, kind of hard to find hotel. Located in a mall.

Great location

My wife and children stayed for two weeks. It is a wonderful place in every sense and the best thing is the kindness of the work team. During their stay they were treated in a very special way. The hotel staff, always ready to help my family in any situation, people like Edison or Carlos made the stay very pleasant, thank you guys. On my future trips I will surely return.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were great and so was the service. It was very clean.

Check in experience was terrible Customer service is the worst It took me one hour to check in .because they insist that I should pay taxes in Colombia . American people don’t pay room taxes but I have to pay .Such ripoff

As my previous stay 5 years earlier, the hotel is still providing outstanding accomadations and service. I give this hotel an A rating.

The Hampton by Hilton Valledupar is a nice stay. Everything was in walking distance and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast and coffee is delicious too. I'll stay again because the staff is very friendly. Thank you so much, Walter
