Khách sạn có thang máy nhưng thang máy không hoạt động nên phải đi bộ lên phòng. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhanh và nhiệt tình. Khách sạn có xe trung chuyển từ khách sạn ra BTS vào các giờ tròn (ví dụ: 7h, 8h, 9h, 10h, 1 tiếng có 1 chuyến) có xe đón từ bts về khách sạn, hãy hỏi số điện thoại lễ tân để gọi xe đến đón (chuyến xe muộn nhất vào 11pm). Khách sạn nằm ở ngõ sâu và quận xa trung tâm nên xác định đi là đi 1 mạch, buổi tối không có hoạt động gì xung quanh, để vào trung tâm những khu ăn uống, vui chơi , thăm quan phải đi mấy trạm tàu nên mình khuyên các bạn nên ở gần những trạm BTS khác hơn. Kiểu đi chỗ này mệt quá nhưng tiếc công đi lại với tiếc tiền 2 lần di chuyển nên đi cố rất mệt. Nói chung về chỗ ở không có gì phàn nàn, còn về vị trí thì không nên đặt.
