The room is spacious and beautiful, but many of the equipment is old. If it's 10 out of 10, I'd give it 5. The bed is dusty, the bedsheets are dusty, and the bathroom smells. The staff doesn't speak very well.

Like the pool, the pool is good and clean as well

The receptionist rarely cares about clients. Give the customer keys, but do not tell the way to the room. Do not report anything The room is dusty. There are many cockroaches. As seen in 3 rooms

Check in for several minutes because of waiting room cleaning. The room was not staffed. Must walk by yourself. Okay Okay, clean room, big room

Cleanliness : Poor, the floor is dirty. When we ask the reception to clean our room, they said the housekeeping already go home. The whole hotel is also not really clean. Beautiful hotel-condo but they need to take serious about cleanliness. Location : Great. You can take bike or bicycle to look around. You wont regret. It so breathtaking. Comfort : good. The hotel is condo-hotel concept so it have cooking area and microwave in every room.
