The room looks different from the photo, weak water, poor amenities, overall the quality is only like a budget motel.

near the center, the hotel staff are all very cute, the service is very good and there is free food for guests, worth experiencing everyone, the room is very clean and comfortable

The room was full of stained marks especially the bathroom. The smell is really strong. I can hear the room next to me conversation and when they use their bathroom

Room is clean, spacious, quiet. Has a balcony. The only downside is that early check-in is not allowed. I completely understand that cleaning can take until 2pm. However, when I wanted to check in at 11am, I was refused not for this reason. It is simply a rule that early check-in is not allowed. Be flexible when possible

The room is smelly, old, the towels are old, the soundproofing is poor, the door doesn't close properly, and it's peeling.

Lễ tân cho mình phòng chưa được dọn, lúc mình bảo lại thì cho mình phòng bé hơn, đèn phòng thì hỏng, cửa nhà vệ sinh thì không đóng được, phòng bẩn và cũ, mốc meo. Ai mà để xe ở đấy phải mất thêm 30k phí để xe nữa nhá. Nói chung khách sạn rất rất tệ từ dịch vụ đến phòng mình sẽ không bao giờ nơi này nữa như một cái nhà nghỉ !!

The hotel is deserted, like a haunted house. Room musty, smelly. I had to find another hotel right after 2 hours of check in.

Cơ sở vật chất cũ, khách sạn không phục vụ ăn sáng cho khách ngủ đêm. Giá phòng 820.000 là quá đắt so với những gì nhận được.

The hotel is affordable and okay. The staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. Near hospitals and the center of Hanoi, so it is close and convenient to go anywhere. I will come back next time.

Hotel location near the center, convenient to move Hoan Kiem Lake, Uncle Ho's mausoleum. Room does not match the description. I booked a room with a garden view, but in fact, I have no view, nor does the street view. The room rate on Traveloka is twice as high as the quality of the room. Hotel around 450K / night only.

I booked 2 double rooms, both of that is normal but too old and smell? I don't know. Do they clean these rooms everyday? However, the prices was really good when anybody stay in center of Hanoi
