Great hotel. Loved the format of our room. Staff really helpful. Breakfast was high quality. Just be aware that Helsinki pretty much closes on a Sunday.

Staff were lovely, and breakfast very good, but the room was dingy and over priced.

It was good but central heating didn't work. I asked for them to fix it and they saud there was no maintenance available so they sent an electric heater which just ended up drying the air. No comfortable nights sleep.

Great location. Many places close by. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, was asked not to be the elevator, but room was close to it. Good breakfast!

Good location & fine for B&B Restaurant not available for 3 of 5 nights of our stay Similarly bar only occasionally open Management clearly focussed on saving money - skeleton staff on a Sunday when law requires higher pay Existing staff are delightful & do their best but this place does not live up to previous ratings

Overall, excellent hotel. Will definitely go back if returning to Helsinki.

Hotel Lilla Roberts is an excellent hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and.not over priced. Rooms are a generous size and comfortable

Great location and short walk into the city centre. Breakfast had a very good variety and regularly checked and refilled. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. Room was well looked after and housekeeping was very good every day. Overall we can’t fault the hotel or our stay. We even went to the gym—just to look 😊

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are beautifully designed - we had a Style room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel has a really nice atmosphere and the breakfast is excellent. We also had dinner one evening, which was also excellent.

Excellent stay

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful except for one instance when we were leaving. The breakfasts were just great. We loved the place except for that one incident.
