Actually the location is very good, it's just not well managed, the receptionist doesn't speak English, making it difficult to communicate, the lobby is very hot, there are no complaints about the room, it's just that the building is old and the bathroom is crusty, overall it's not bad, but if I were to come back again I would think twice, there are many other options that cost the same as this hotel but have better quality, the breakfast is not that good

Rooms are clean, comfortable, staff clean every day. Reasonable price, breakfast buffet is quite ok. Staff is enthusiastic and polite. The hotel is near the beach so it is convenient for swimming and traveling in the center. If there is a chance, I will book again.

The hotel is beautiful, the receptionist is very enthusiastic, the security guard is very friendly. Impressive, even though it's on the 12th floor, the water is very strong, the hotel has 2 big elevators, the hallway lights are all automatic, the room lights are using the stairs circuit so it's very convenient for guests.

Quality matches the price. The water cup in the room was not cleaned, so there were still lipstick stains.

Room is spacious, clean. Rich breakfast. Near the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The service is not enough good. I had stayed at Ocean many times. But I think this time is uncomfortable. Maybe Covid-19 is the reason to explain why.

The hotel is very clean and the reception staff friendly. But breakfast is only until 9 o'clock and the buffet was very unappetizing. Despite new orders I got cold coffee and cold fried eggs. I saw 2 employees who did nothing and one slept in a chair.

Great stay, clean hotel and room very ok, locked with NFC tags, can only be opened from the inside, very convenient for those who forget to lock the door, but the morning buffet is not many dishes (about 15 dishes ) and there are some dishes that are not delicious (Pasta with tomato sauce)
