Very disappointed with Anumana, ordered 2 rooms and only entered 1. Solution from the hotel manager. Move 1 more room to another hotel (even if it is close by) or move with 2 rooms to a village which is 7 km from the hotel and refund with 100% return within 2 weeks without any guarantee from the hotel. The reason is because all the rooms are full, the hotel takes no responsibility by passing the blame onto partners. It was only after we got angry that the hotel was willing to give us the room we were lacking which was rightfully ours. (means they lied, but in the end there was an empty room)? Our advice. It's better to just fire the manager. How come the manager doesn't have a solution and is very detrimental to consumers. I've given up.

The room is so cozy and clean. All the staff is so good. The hotel is so near to the good restaurant and cafe.

Intentionally booked room without breakfast as it is walking distance to pison, monssieur spoon. For lunch or dinner, also close to bebek bengil and losteria pizza. A bit old hotel but still clean and decent. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The room with access view so GOOD! My room so comfy & really good position, staff really nice & helpful, staff name ketut in the restaurant so nice and every morning always assist me to bring hot water from the restaurant to my room, definitely will be back if I stay in Ubud.

Actually the hotel is quite good. but because of the pandemic situation, the occupancy rate is very small so it is necessary to reduce the number of employees. the impact is a lot of facilities that are poorly maintained / maintained. the staff is very friendly and helpful, requests for birthday cakes and birthday greetings are also well fulfilled.

I love love to stay in here!!! It was only 5mins walking distance to monkey forest. The room was really clean, the service was good. It was over my expectation! Definitely will be back again ;)

We rent a private pool room, yes, for a pandemic like this, it's better to be private. the staff are all friendly.

The location is very strategic, you can walk everywhere on foot, the hotel is good, the facilities are okay, the swimming pool is also good.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Anumana, making our honeymoon memorable. strategic location, very close to monkey forest, cafes, and close to the Ubud market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is superior lagoon access, we can go directly to the swimming pool just by going out through our room balcony. The swimming pool is a bit dirty because of the leaves falling from the trees around the pool. But we really enjoyed staying there, thank you Anumana.

Pros: pretty good rooms if you choose a strategic pool access room near the monkey forest and a swimming duck that provides a floating breakfast. Two small hotel wrangles.

Strategic location near anywhere in the center of Ubud.

The service is amazing, from receptionists, security, restaurants, everything is great. Also the rooms are quite large and very clean. The location is champion. In down town Ubud. 3 minutes walk to the monkey forest. Bars and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, great, thanks for the service, Anumana Hotel Ubud.

I booked for 2 nights for room with lagoon access, but due to their system error,my room in 1st day already filled with other guest so I need to move to lower room level with compensation only for free lunch or dinner at first offer by the receptionist, and after I want the refund money they offered me again free extra bed + free dinner for 2 persons. Breakfast also not a buffet, every day the menu is the same as the room price with I think expensive, the facilities I got was not satisfying. Pool also dirty, there was some pieces of bread in the pool. Only the location very near Monkey Forest.

The location is quite strategic, the hotel building looks old, but still maintained, breakfast is less varied, there are only a few choices.

The location is very close to Monkey Forest, Ubud Market, Ubud Palace, Puri Saraswati. The whole staff is kind and friendly-friendly does not distinguish domestic tourists or from outside the taste of food when breakfast is good, it's just that there are not many choices. The shower is not smooth the water is rather stagnant when the shower is on

Friendly staff and strategy location! The spa also nice and good! Unfortunately, a lots of ants and the variety of breakfast was quite less. Beside that, overall was good! Highly recommend!

very excited to stay here the location is easy to reach and in Ubud center make it easy to reach some tourism destination like monkey forest (only 100m from hotel you can walk to that place), ubud market and campuhan ridge walk you can use free shuttle bus or go around by bicycle that provided by the hotel for free. Tasty breakfast and I love the chicken sausage. with room to the lagoon access make it very romantic for stay with my husband for honeymoon. the hotel also available connecting room for families with the hospitality services by the staff make me want to come again
