Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and room conditions during my recent stay at Hampton Hill by Hilton. This is a property I regularly choose, which made this experience particularly frustrating. First, the blanket provided in my room appeared dirty and used. I reported this immediately to the front desk associate, Muskan, who informed me that housekeeping would replace it the following morning. I explained that the blanket was not usable and that I needed a replacement right away. I was then advised to use the extra blanket in the closet; however, it was only a thin liner and not a full blanket or comforter. As a result, I felt cold throughout the night and was unable to rest comfortably. Second, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. Prior to going to my room, I specifically asked if ice was available and was told yes. It would have been helpful and honest to mention that the ice machine on my floor was not working. Lastly, the refrigerator in my room was in very poor condition. It did not cool at all and had no visible temperature control, making it unusable. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service and room maintenance for future guests. We liked having two chairs with footstools in the room. The receptionists have been nice. We were given a snack bag on our early morning trip to the airport- thoughtful

Room was fine checkin process took 1.5 hours. Contemplating cancelling my other booking through Expedia. This site ruined my Christmas Eve by its inefficiency.

The room was spotless. What stood out to me was the courteous professional and highly intelligent staff , eager to help me in any way they could. I witnessed Manveep deal with a rude and obnoxious customer who blamed her for a mistake the client had made. Manveep was poised, polite and professional. Like a pro, she sucked it up and did her job with the utmost courtesy. All the staff were helpful, using their phones to look up hours of operation for stores and other businesses, sharing their local knowledge, always offering to help. The hotel is lucky to have them. I thought the hotel was brand new but a staff member told me proudly that they all work to keep it that way. Great stay, great place. Many guests in Timmins for shopping or attending Christmas parties were happy and friendly a reflection of how great a host your hotel is. The large evening gatherings of parents children friends and relatives in that large breakfast room reminded me of the warmth and love of my mother’s house. You are a successful hotel. You got it in spades. I felt at home and welcomed, .

Clean room, friendly staff. The pool was big and also clean, although my son and his friend said the temperature of the water was a little cool. We only spent one night so we didn't check out anything else except the breakfast which had a great selection.
