The services is amazing trust me.

The hotel located strategically in the middle of the town of SaPa, we just walk out to Sapa Station and City Center. The staffs very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the facilities abd view here, and will come again for next staycation.

Phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên mình đặt giường đôi nhưng lại được sắp xếp phòng giường đơn ghép lại thành giường đôi. Năm trên chiếc giường này mình ngủ cảm thấy không thoải mái. Khách sạn nên chú ý việc này hơn. Mình định đánh giá là xấu do trải nghiệm trên nhưng do nhân viên ở đây nhiệt tình nên đánh giá tốt. Bữa sáng không quá xuất sắc nhưng tạm ổn. Khách sạn nên trang bị thêm smart tv

Nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo. Phòng sạch sẽ, ấm cúng. Bể bơi view rất đẹp. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng, tươi ngon, có ban công view núi. Vị trí hợp lý, đi bộ được tới Nhà thờ Đá và Bản Cát Cát.

I asked for a double bed for 2 people! Amazing offers: 2 double bunk beds. Is it possible to sleep with a groove in the middle, breaking all the back. How can I get 4 stars if I cheat like that.?

the room was too noisy, although I didn't turn on the air conditioner, the air-conditioner was very loud and could not sleep. At 6 am, the nearby construction work was boring, at 10 am the hotel staff knocked on the door to check out the mini bar, too bad for my vacation.

True to the name "Amazing". From the service to the space, the double room is actually not as big as I imagined, but still comfortable, having to have a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view in the room is better. Only a little bit of a bit embarrassing is that the curtains in the bathroom are a bit funny, I should have left the inside curtain for the person inside to pull, who left it outside :))). Anyways, if you come back, will still book, because the service is good, the view is also good, especially the super delicious welcome drink> <

Such an amazing stay, nice view, nice room and best service! The staffs are very helpful, supportive and well-trained (good eye-contact, polite, thoughtful). We were happy with the service offered from Front Desk to Restaurant team.
