The bed was so comfy, clean, and nice.

The receptionist I encountered wasn't very friendly, but it wasn't a big deal because the room was decent, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The bed and bathroom were good, although a little small, but sufficient for two people since we weren't staying long.

Always a reliable choice for long layovers at KLIA. The rooms are nice and well-equipped, and the price is reasonable. However, the elevator was undergoing maintenance when I visited.

Though overpriced, this hotel is conveniently located next to C4, making it ideal for overnight transit travelers who need 6-8 hours of sleep. Additionally, staying at this hotel is practical, as KLIA Airport is far from the city center.

The room and bed were so comfy, the location was excellent, which made it easier for us who connect between flights to not go out of immigration. A minor downside was the leakage of the closet, other than that everything was perfect and comfy.

It's good for a quick rest and shower after an 8-hour flight from Tokyo and a 6-hour transit in KLIA.

Stayed only 1 day but left an extraordinary impression. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Kak Dino/Hari and 1 person whose name I forgot to ask 🙏🏻. Even the restaurant staff was very helpful 🥲🩷. Easy access to terminal 1 KLIA. The room was super big and clean, you can even request 5 kinds of pillows *cmiiw. Must try the satay at the restaurant 😭. Very delicious until I had to eat 2x more hahaha
