Close to the center, quiet and friendly.

Rooms clean, on request but with a smell when not turn on air conditioning! Friendly staff, attentive guests! Will come back next time!

Wise choice for travelling on a budget. Central location (5 min walking to party streets Bui Vien, Do Quang Dau), nice customer service. My two friends and I stayed in a family room for the first 2 nights. Since I had to leave earlier for work, my friends was supposed to transfer to the twin room as booked. However, the owner was kind enough to offer us staying in the same spacious room. Only one minus point is that it is quite noisy in the morning since the next house is being constructed but if you plan to wander around the city the whole day, it would not be a big problem.

Bad breakfast and only breads. Poor service, narrow stairs, too high for people with poor health can go up and down.
