Good location

Very quiet place to stay in a residential area. Close to some excellent restaurants. Staff was very professional Will certainly stay again

The location is outstanding for my needs. Place is clean and staff is very friendly. The apartment on the 4th floor needs to be updated, the beds are very uncomfortable, the showers have no head, the sofas in the leaving room are as hard as a rock, not comfortable at all. The sliding doors to the outside do not lock properly leaving a gap, smoke and loud noise to the street come into the apartment making it very difficult to sleep.

The apartments are in a good location, it’s a residential street, nice and safe. Communication is very confusing, I rented 3 apartments, 2 were given to me in one building and the other in a different building 3 doors down. We were traveling as a family with young kids and was really inconvenient. Apartments are ok, toilets run and run due to bad plumbing. The water in the shower takes forever to get hot, then is either too cold or too hot. Beds were ok in some of the apartments, awful in others. If someone does not speak Spanish, it’s totally impossible to communicate with the people that take care of the building. Parking is very difficult due to the fact that 3 cars need to be parked in one row, one behind the other. A car cannot come out without moving the others.

The location and the surroundings were great for what I needed.

The staff and administrators are super!! They really go out of their way to make your stay hassle free and comfortable! When we extended our stay they honored the price we booked at!! Definitely 5 stars!

The pictures were not the best to represent the apartment. The place was very nice and good communication. Not good enough for a larger family as me and my husband have 3 children and it was a tight fit.

It was amazing very clean rooms overall

The area where the apartment is located is safe and residential, surrounded by very nice houses (there were no restaurants very close). The location for me was perfect because of the activities I was planning on doing, but take in consideration that it is not that close from the touristic places and you´ll need a car or an uber. Check in was very easy and the service was good. The apartment is just as the pictures show and it was clean. We have noise from the pigeons, that would stay just in the window (it would be very good if they put something on the windows so they don´t stay) but other than that it was a very nice stay. Wifi also worked properly

Nice place, excellent location walk distance to most places, the only reason that I giving 4 starts it's because the bed needs an update the mattress are very hard and noisy, otherwise very clean and the staff who's taking care of the apartments are very friendly, will came back if possible

Great place to stay in Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood of Mexico City. The price is good and the rooms are very clean.

Nice place, the type of self-service studios (with kitchenette, mini-fridge, small dining table and sofa), with daily cleaning and changing of towels, plus daily washing of one change of clothes. One small bottle of mineral water is provided only once upon arrival, which is especially good when arriving at night and until you could go to a shop next day. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning, which I did not need during this season. The reason I evaluated the location as medium is because the place is in a quiet residential area (which is good) but away from any restaurants, mini-markets or grocery shops, so you'd better be ready for long walks or taxis/Uber. Although you could also have a free parking for one car, I did not try this option. It is worth-noting that I got a slightly cheaper rate through hotels.com than a colleague who was staying at the place during the same period but booked through another site. If you're looking for a quiet residential area then this is the place for you; otherwise, the city has other vibrant locations that are full of activities.

Very clean hotel that is reasonably priced and located in a safe area. I take walks around the hotel area and have always felt safe.

The hotel is nice if you consider that they don't have a reception or any shared amenities like a gym or so. If you are looking for just an apartment to rent this is a very nice option. The first night I was afraid of the noise as the street was very noise (weekend), but after 11 pm we were able to sleep with no issues. The people that work there are great and very nice, specially the cleaning lady. They were very helpful all the time.

A nice hotel in the Lomas de Chapultepec area. Safe to walk around the neighborhood. It is close to our family's apartment, so it is great for us.

I enjoy staying in this very clean hotel with an accomodating staff. I feel very safe in the hotel and the area around the hotel. I take walks enjoying the beautiful homes and landscaping in the area.
