Neat and clean property, close to Elantra Mall

Hotel is okay. Worst food

Delays in room service After making request more than 10 times for room cleaning it was only done in the evening Food was not good to our tastes and the service was also delayed

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

They wanted to charge extra because i entered 1 traveller during booking. I had to show them online that price of room is same for 1 or 2 travelers

It was a bad experience. Mosquitos in rhe room. Broken glasses under the bed. No body reponds to your requests. The linen fir rhe beds was extemely old and needs to be changed Immediately.

Hotel is decent, bathrooms could be cleaned better. Nancy from cafe was great and very pleasant. She provided great service during breakfast

Hotel was comfortable. We stayed one night only. Too short to learn more. Generally a nice hotel comfortable room and helpful staff. Location was fine but in a business park and away from main shopping area.
