Great quiet and comfortable

The bathroom sink was clogged; that, in and of itself is disgusting! And the sink only had hot water, no cold water. I burned my hands and could not clean my face nor brush my teeth as normally done and expected. When I reported this to the person at the front desk during my check out, he couldn’t care less! I will not recommend this hotel.

It was ok for a 1 night stay.

Well located. My daughter and I came in to town for the Coldplay concert. This hotel was well located and worked out perfectly for us.

Convenient. Dog friendly, but not a great area for dogs. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Very nice staff. Room is not overly fancy but it does its job well. Have stayed there a couple times now and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Front desk was very nice and polite the guy working in the breakfast area seemed irritated.The room not very clean and smelled and the mattress was not comfortable and the bathroom sick was clogging.They charge for parking $10 a day something that doesn’t show you on Expedia so had to pay $20 extra. First hotel I’ve stayed in El Paso that charge parking fee I usually stay at Holiday Inn express and suites but they were completely booked.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff!

I forgot an item in the room after check out and cleaning crew got it and I was able to get it back. No dislikes only thing if you planning to use pool it’s out of service right now not sure how long it’s going to be

great place to stay, and Track One right around the corner was a great place to stop in for dinner!
