They say it's the best hotel on Gili, and many people recommend it. I finally booked here. Overall, it's okay, with the best staff and security guards. They're very friendly. There's only one female receptionist who's really rude. The other male staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The downside for me, an Indonesian citizen, is that this hotel doesn't have a bidet. It was a bit of a shock, feeling like a stranger in my own country. For a hotel in Indonesia, it's standard for a foreign hotel. However, they provide a bucket and a ladle for convenience. But it's not aesthetically pleasing. Huh, I had to borrow those two items during my stay because I didn't expect a hotel in Indonesia to have no bidet, so I wasn't prepared to bring a portable one. For the a la carte breakfast, the food was delicious. And you have to try the ice cream. Wow, GREAT! And this hotel has the best sunrise spot, between 6:00 and 6:20.
