Very classy hotel with excellent service. Stayed for one night and had 6-course western dinner which was very good. The outdoor spa gets full view of Mt Fuji. Fully deserved of 5-star review.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only cons is not a lot of funny options at the hotel, but you could drive to other restaurants nearby.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Dinner was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Our Japanese is horrible, and the staff knew just enough English for us to have a great experience!

Amazing place and great hotel

A nice area to be in but comparatively a little pricey.

Pro: Hotel staffs very friendly and helpful. Very near to fruit park fujiya which allow us to explore more on the fruit trees. Onsen very kids friendly, got small plastic bath for kid. Got kids size Japanese wear. Nice and fine japanese dinner and breakfast. Nice night view. Cond: Shuttle bus only available from station at 2:05 pm & 4:05pm. To station only at 9am and 11am. if you miss the shuttle bus have to take taxi around 1600 yen. Hotel room a bit old. Only one room key but the staff can open the door using their spare key after verification.

The location is on top of a hill, thus one can enjoy beautiful view to Mt. Fuji and also great scenery at night. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. he service is impeccable. Taking the open bath (rotenburo) while enjoying Fuji-san is a life-time memory!

今回宿泊する2日前に予約したのですが、お部屋もとても綺麗で、チェックアウト前のお掃除時に別のお部屋をのぞいたのですが、どのお部屋も玄関からお部屋まで距離がありお部屋もとても広かったです。 大浴場にも行ってみましたが、内湯の中に手すりと階段の段差が低めでとても入りやすかったです。外の露天風呂にも付いたら良いなと思いました。 ホテルのスタッフさんはどの方も皆さんフレンドリーで丁寧に接客してくださいました。また、近いうちに絶対行きます

夜景が綺麗でロケーション抜群です。

行き届いたサービス、清潔、静か、 朝コーヒー、生ビールサーバーの提供等、さすかは富士屋ホテルグループとおもいました。

実母、義母を連れて一泊しました。施設はまるでイタリアのトスカーナの丘の上にある教会の様な、のどかな佇まいか素敵で、オーストリア出身の義母は大変喜んでいました。お部屋もとても綺麗で館内全体が清潔な香りがします。全部屋の眺望が富士山と山梨市の夜景を一望できます。露天風呂も綺麗で素敵です。サービスはこれ以上ないほど素晴らしいです。朝食で小柄な実母が椅子に座るとスタッフさんがすぐさま背中にクッションを入れてくださいました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです！

平日だったので、ホテルが混んでいなくて過ごしやすかったです。 部屋からの夜景がきれいでした。

家族3人でスタンダードツインに宿泊しましたが、エキストラベッドを入れても広めの部屋でした。大きい窓からは、夜は夜景と朝は朝焼けの空と富士山が楽しめました。温泉も清潔でゆったりと楽しむことが出来ました。

お食事がとても美味しく、お部屋から富士山が望めるのでとても満足です。
