This is not the hotel's fault but there was dredging and/or construction noise going on less than a half mile away, first thing in the morning. Comfortable room though. It would have been nice to have a normal ice machine (near the lobby) instead of being expected to make my own ice in the full size fridge. Cheers!

Great stay as always

Normal hotel stay, mattress was comfortable pillows were comfortable, and the sheets and blankets and pillowcases were really soft, which was nice. My only negative was the ice machine in the freezer was dirty.

Sherri was very informative and polite during the check in process! She was super super helpful!

I didn’t understand the breakfast order, at least they had coffee. I thought you could either have room service, or go to the breakfast room, was not the case. I really didn’t like the pillows.

The accommodations themselves were just very modest. Not outside of my expectations so there's really not a discount in my rating for the accommodations. The check-in process was unusually slow. Part of the problem is the front desk worker was outside.... possibly on break while two of us were in line to check in and no one at the front desk to take care of us. But largely the biggest complaint was that this is a very modest room at just under $200 with taxes. I travel about 80 nights a year and I would never expect to pay this much for this level of accommodations anywhere else other than Pierre/Ft Pierre. The lodging choices here are few, and they are all overpriced. As a seasoned business traveler giving travel advice, I would suggest you stay in Mitchell, Rapid City, or Aberdeen rather than Pierre if possible.

Clean room, friendly staff at check in and check out. Good ammenities in room. Lots of pillows.

Comfortable like home

Very clean with lots of extra amenities.

This is an extended stay. Everyonr we had contact with was friendly. helpful and the place was clean. If i had to stay any where for a long time this is where i would choose.

This was my first stay at a “My Place”. I was stunned to discover that guests were expected to purchase cookware, dishes, and utensils. Much more expensive than a Candlewood Suites with fewer actual suite features and amenities.

Bed bugs!! Took a picture and showed the front desk guy, said yes that is a bed bug. He was very nice and understanding that I didn't want to stay there. He called his manager and said to give me another room. Decided against that so drove three hours to stay somewhere else as no other rooms were available in the area. Was told no refund. Hope to get into contact with someone. Will no longer stay at this hotel chain.

Clean & quiet

Happened to be there while a conference was on and availability’s was low. 330 a night in Pierre is somewhat ridiculous and not right. Place was an ordinary hotel, clean and spacious, but totally not worth the price.

Clean, modern, convenient kitchenette, easy drive to anything in Pierre

We left our favorite jacket and they called us to let us know and fortunately we were in area to get it. Very thankful for the honesty.
