The air conditioner in the room is not cold, feels hot, even a fan is given, the drain water is clogged, the mini bar is not cold,

Room decoration is perfect, bathroom was clean, everything on the room is perfect, we need just one thing, ventilation. We cant breath freely just with AC. But everythings is okay, staff are friendly and do the good service.

Actually this place is quite representative for the middle budget, comfortable and quite strategic, unfortunately the convenience of being disrupted with a fairly bad service, there is only one clerk, no breakfast, some items listed on the details of the room is also not there, it would be nice if the information which corresponds to the circumstances of one more parking outside without any barriers by road (safe but degan too) thanks

Very comfortable especially for deluxe room with TV, AC, heat water and wi-fi match with the price. The receptionist are so kind. It's a guesthouse but feels like villa. Great for work or bussiness travelling alone :)

Seemingly look great staying at Sugiras. Unfortunately we had no chance staying there due to management misunderstanding. The manager was so responsible and concern. Transferring us to the other hotel with same facilities near to Sanur beach. Thanks Sugiras we are pleased with your concern
