This is a cozy place to stay. It’s very limited on amenities (no body soap, lotions, etc..) that you find in hotels. Shower is small, not made for larger persons. Location is close to the port and public transportation.

It was a nice property, but no one was present until after the check-in time. The phone number I called no one answered to the third call, but they were polite and courteous, and I was in my hotel room shortly after arrival.

Room is very clean. Mattress is firm for good comfort. Close to port and downtown Livorno.

Cute place, very nice people, very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay again!

Property is perfectly located for the ferry port and the centre of Livorno, which is quite a nice place.

Hospedagem excelente, apesar de ter sido breve. Ambiente limpo e confortável. Ótima localização, próxima a bares, restaurantes, lojas, transporte público. Staff super atencioso. Voltaria numa próxima viajem.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, Familie drevet hotell. Fantastiske hjelpsomme og ordentlige mennesker. Kommer gjerne tilbake hvis vi skal tilbake. Var masse gode restauranter i området og buss til stasjonen var 2 minutter unna. Masse frokost plasser i området med max 4 minutter å gå.

Top-Unterkunft ohne Frühstück

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Alles verlief wie erwartet. Leider hat in den frühen Stunden des Tages ein Typ versucht, mich auszurauben, was sehr schlimm hätte ausgehen könnte, wenn ich nicht entkommen wäre. Das Hotel hat nichts mit meinem Fall zu tun, aber ich muss eine objektive Bewertung des Viertels um das Hotel abgeben. Also für euere Sicherheit, vermeiden Sie nachts die wüsten Gassen um die zentralen Plätze in der Stadt.

Ottima base per chi deve prendere il traghetto, a pochi minuti dall’imbarco. Con parcheggio pubblico vicino, il piccolo residence è completamente rinnovato ed il titolare gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
