Excellent neighbourhood location. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Subway location very close. Front desk a bit chilly in attitude but accommodating nonetheless. Good value for Montreal.

Staff was friendly and hotel was quiet. Surrounded by cafes and grocery stores, public transit is also plentiful. Very clean and spacious room.

Location is practical for this area of town near U de Mtl.

We were traveling as a family of 5 (3 adult children). it was great to have 2 bedrooms and living spaces. Basically an apartment. Great location, close to subway. We had a Thule so we could not park in the attached garage but was able to find parking on the street just outside the front door. The website pictures were accurate.

Parking could be better, its really small

Location is good. Many fastfoods and small restaurants exactly in front. Their own underground parking. Building: the soundproofing is bad. Instead, if you're a lonely and would like to be a part of conversation of people from neighbor rooms.

The place is very good, the only problem is that it has only one elevator, and the parking lot is not suitable for large trucks like the Dodge Ram 1500. scratched the antenna of my car. but the place is very clean and the employees are very cordial and polite. I really loved my stay with them.

Very clean and cozy

The place was excellent, only suggestion is that the TV is not connecting to the WiFi, will be great if we can improve that.

We enjoyed our stay at the Terrasse. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really liked the location which had everything we needed and was extremely close to the metro which was convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

While the outside isn’t anything special, the inside is cozy and nice! The staff are friendly.

Friendly and promptly solves any issues that arise.
