place nice but not near ski arena. small swimming pool with cold water. Good food and enough options for everyone

Great location, clean and amazing service.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

I have known this hotel for years. It’s been renovated lately which is a plus. Great food and good management who resolves small issues quickly.

170 euros for a night in this terrible place? After seeing the property it's worth maximum 50euro... Seriously - please avoid. Staff rude at the front desk demanding "license plate" of your car - in response that we parked outside (parking cost, extra 9euros...) lady was super angry :). We will not come back - please check other properties in Harrachov or go on the PL side to get some quality and better service. PS. Salad at the breakfast almost developed a "civilization" :)

Property looks exactly as post soviet times. Rooms are small and without any special amenities as a standard of old times. Food is average quality with limited choices. Spa area has small sauna. Pool is cool for kids. Location is great and parking big enough.

Booked 3 rooms and pre-payed When arrived, I was refused to get 3 rooms (only two) although i've payed in advance. Took me about 30 minutes to convinced them that they have to give me 3 rooms.

Excellent area, fantastic facilities. Pet friendly with a small treat for the pet and bowl as well.

This hotel offers a reasonable quality of accommodation, good enough amenities, a quiet and serene setting. you can drive easily to the various ski lift points. The food, though adequate in quantity, is given too little attention: cooking standards are noticeably low, ingredients are sometimes poor, the restuarant feels like a pleasant canteen, the staff (with notable exceptions at Reception and Bar) do not readily engage with guests.

It is a good property. Coming over from time to time. It is a hotel with the tradition having onsite everything you may be looking for (SPA, massages, pool table, fitness, swimming pool, whirlpool and outdoor sport activities). The customers services is nice. There's one thing for an improvement (24h-48h time reply to emails). A good variety of food. Nice kitchen chef speaking few languages helps to prepare something specially for the guests. I recommend this hotel to a friend.

Booked a deluxe double mountain view room but none were available at check in. Room allocated overlooked the carpark and was small. Overall this 'Resort' is tired looking with staff that speak little to no English. Service was average as was the food and as such would not recommend half board option.

3 day skiing trip with my sons. Staff were very helpful. Buffet style food was perfect for the trip.

Excellent customer service. The room was fine and hotel's facilities superb. Food was good but drinks diluted which we did not have to pay for so thank you. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great spa hotel

Great hotel in a lovely setting. Breakfast and dinner buffet is good. Staff is kind which is not usual in the Czech Republic.
