Strategic location, close to the bus stop. For older people, climbing to the upper floors is a bit tricky due to the steep stairs. Otherwise, it's quite good.

At the beginning of check in, I got a room on the 3rd floor, when I opened it, it turned out that the room had been used by someone else and had not been tidied up again. Then the receptionist moved me to a room on the 1st floor, the room was more spacious, but the floor was dirty as if it had not been swept, there was only 1 lamp so it was not bright enough. The bathroom was clean, only they didn't provide a toothbrush and no mineral water. Hopefully in the future more attention will be paid to the cleanliness of the room. Oh yes, in the room there is a direction of the Qibla and prayer mats and mukena for Muslims.

The location is the only thing that wins, it's close to everywhere. There's no elevator and no one helps carry big suitcases.

It look like the bed sheet and pillow smell. No towel and toilet paper as well. But spiritually it is OK.

1. There is no elevator. 2. According to Travelika's information the distance between 213 meters turns out to be very far from the road, the location is very quiet away from the crowds. 4. WiFi is not available / cannot connect. 5. very disappointed with this hotel.

This hotel is strategically located within the City Center of Georgetown and walking distance to Esplanade, Padang Kota Lama. Bed was comfy and will definitely come back again!

Pro - near with many attractions like 3D Art Museum, Fort Cornwallis, padang kota etc. The room was clean and tidy. Con - No elevator. Just imagine my mom is senior citizen need to climb 3rd floor eventhough I was mentioned earlier in my reservation.

Good enough for those who just stay overnight. The air-con not cold enough. Old towel should be changed to the new one to maintain the cleanliness. Water heater, hair dryer and garbage bag should be put in every hotel room especially for the Family Room. WiFi not strong enough.
